These terms cover ForgeAI Data Labs services for organizations: hosted environments, custom environment builds, evaluations and dataset delivery. Consumer use of ForgeAI Gaming is governed separately at forgeai.gg.

By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Services

Each engagement is defined in an order form or statement of work, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

3. Data agreements

Datasets are licensed to a named partner under a written data agreement setting out permitted use, exclusivity, retention and deletion.

4. Use of this website

You agree not to exploit, manipulate, attack, reverse engineer, spam, scrape in abusive ways, or otherwise interfere with the security or operation of this website.

5. No financial advice

ForgeAI does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Results and research on this website are specific to the environments tested and are provided for educational and product-use purposes.
